Steve Ferris is a Principal of SRA and is head of the National Tenant Representation Group. Currently he handles the national retail expansion programs for The Body Shop, Fossil, Swarovski, Ecco Shoes, and Jasmine Sola. His expertise includes Regional Malls, Lifestyle Centers, Street Locations, Airports, and Outlets

Steve has over 15 years of retail leasing experience, having worked for The Pyramid Companies and New England Development in the 1990’s. Specific projects include CityPlace at West Palm Beach, Solomon Pond Mall (Marlborough, MA), and Westgate Mall Redevelopment (Brockton, MA). Most recently, Steve was Team Leader for Poag & McEwen’s newest Lifestyle Center: Evergreen Walk in South Windsor, CT. Evergreen Walk opened in October, 2004.
