Peter M. Belsito founded Strategic Retail Advisors in Framingham, Massachusetts in 2001 as a retail real estate consulting and brokerage firm. It has since grown into a multi-disciplined retail services company providing tenant representation, build-to-suit, and project leasing services throughout New England, upstate New York, and beyond.

The Village at Colony Place is a 175,000 SF lifestyle center offering the nation's most prominent specialty retailers.

PATRIOT PLACE (Foxborough, MA)

Adjacent to Gillette Stadium, Patriot Place is a mixed-use/lifestyle center featuring more than 1.3 million square feet of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Prior to establishing SRA, Peter served as the business unit leader for Trammell Crow Company’s Retail Tenant Representation Group in Boston, MA. At TCC, Peter was chosen to represent all three divisions of GAP throughout New England during their aggressive growth in the late 1990’s, and he continues to represent GAP to this day.

A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Peter is a member of ICSC and ULI.
