Maggie Tyler

A seasoned veteran in the retail real estate industry, Maggie began her career 19 years ago leasing the New England Development portfolio of regional and super regional shopping centers. 12 years later she moved on to manage the Boston office for the Felenstein, Koniver Stern Group. During this time she led the repositioning of the retail at the Burlington Town Center in Vermont. She was also handling national site selection for Cinnabon and Landau Hyman along with regional site selection for Eddie Bauer. With her team she created a retail and brand building strategy for the Pebble Beach Company.

Through Soros Fund Management and Western Development she spent a year assisting in the development of a multi channel, on line, marketing platform providing Japan with direct access to experience American style, fashion, shopping and culture. In 2002 Maggie formed The Draper Group in order to focus on new business development and marketing within the retail and real estate industry. She was also retained by several retailers including Country Curtains, Carter’s and OshKosh to handle site selection throughout New England.
