Jeffrey O’Loughlin

Jeffrey O’Loughlin joined Strategic Retail Advisors (South Division) in December 2005. Prior to joining the SRA team Mr. O’Loughlin served as Vice President of Leasing for The Shopco Group, a Manhattan-based developer and acquirer of regional and super-regional shopping malls. During his 12 years with The Shopco Group he oversaw the leasing of 15 regional shopping malls and was a key member in several redevelopment projects. He was also heavily involved in the land acquisition and entitlement for two mixed-use projects in Florida. Prior to joining The Shopco Group, Mr. O’Loughlin was the Director of Leasing at Heritage Development Companies in Syracuse, New York.

In his new role Mr. O’Loughlin will be involved in tenant representation, third-party landlord leasing, site acquisition, and development of open-air lifestyle centers in the Southeast and Florida.

A graduate of Purdue University and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Mr. O’Loughlin brings his 17 years of knowledge and skills to the Strategic Retail Advisors team.
