Jonathan Lapat

Jonathan is Vice President of Strategic Retail Advisors in Framingham, Massachusetts. Jonathan has been with SRA since its inception in the autumn of 2001 as a retail real estate consulting and brokerage firm focusing on tenant representation throughout New England and Upstate New York. Jonathan’s client list includes such national retailers as: Carter’s, Jos. A. Bank, Old Navy, Limited Brands, Justice, Payless ShoeSource, Stride Rite, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Small Dog Electronics, and The UPS Store, among others.

Prior to SRA, Jonathan worked at Trammell Crow Company for seven years where he specialized in small space requirements representing numerous retailers such as: Payless, GNC, Reebok and MotoPhoto. Additionally, Jonathan represented Mobil Oil Corporation and handled all of their real estate requirements from new development to disposition and lease renegotiations for five years. Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin where he earned a BA in History. Jonathan is a member of ICSC.
