Wayland Town Center is the redevelopment of downtown Wayland, MA into a mixed-use project including retail, restaurant, office, conservation areas, and residential space. Modeled after the success of other gathering-oriented town center developments nationwide, the concept plan for Wayland includes 165,000 sf of retail/restuarant/office, 40,000 sf of municipal space, and 100 residential units.

The architectural design will be consistent with historical buildings already in the town and will showcase classic New England architectural elements. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2007 and the town center is expected to be open for business at the end of 2008.
